Lance's background includes some of the obvious stepping stones on the path to where he is, including selling accidental death & dismemberment insurance for JC Penny, digging up tree stumps by hand at Mt. Vernon, painting houses where he specialized in areas you couldn't see (closets), hauling roof shingles in places that shouldn't be climbed, working as a bag boy in Berchtesgaden Germany, a bus boy in an Italian restaurant, and lastly, as a cashier at a drug store that didn't have price scanners (so OG).

Lance currently resides in NYC and is co-owner of Homestead (LoveHomestead), a production, editorial, and independent film company.

A native of Alexandria, Virginia, Lance attended James Madison University while on a football scholarship and has a really bad knee to prove it.
